Process

Most agencies ask you to imagine it. I'd rather just build it.

Here's exactly what happens between you and me, in order — no jargon, no hidden steps and nothing to sign at the start.

01

I research your business

Before anything gets designed, I look at what you actually do — your services, your existing reviews, your photos and socials, and the area you cover. If a good website already exists for your business, I'll tell you rather than build you a second one.

02

I design and build the whole site

Not a wireframe, not a mock-up in a design tool — a real, working website, coded by hand around your business's own branding, photographs and material. Designed on a phone screen first, because that's where your customers will see it.

03

You see it — no obligation

I'll show you the finished site, usually right there on your phone. You can click through it properly, the way your customers would. There's no deposit and no pressure to say yes — and if the answer is no, that genuinely is the end of it.

04

Changes, in your words

Nothing is precious. If the colours aren't you, the wording isn't how you'd say it, or a service is missing, tell me and it changes. This is the part most people expect to be difficult, and it isn't.

05

If you want it, it goes live

Happy with it? The finished site is handed over ready to launch on your own domain, set up properly with a certificate, a sitemap and Google Search Console — plus any ongoing SEO or maintenance you'd like, if you want it. If you don't, you never hear from me about it again.

Own the site and the domain at the end of it.

Or start it yourself, right now.

The preview studio does a rough version of step two in about a minute — your trade, your name, your colours. Send it over and I'll pick it up from there.
